Du kontaktar kunderna per telefon, tar reda på deras behov och hjälper dem att hitta ett elavtal som passar deras situation.Du arbetar med varma leads, vilket innebär att du får fokusera på det du tycker är roligast – kundkontakt, affärer och försäljning.Tempot är högt, målen är tydliga och möjligheterna att påverka dina egna resultat är stora.Vi tror att du är en person som:

Har erfarenhet av telefonförsäljning eller callcenter och vet vad som krävs för att lyckas.

Älskar tävlingar och triggas av att slå både dina egna och andras resultat.

Har en stark vinnarskalle och ger inte upp när det tar emot.

Motiveras av tydliga mål, högt tempo och möjligheten att påverka din lön.

Är självgående, driven och gillar att ta ansvar för dina resultat.

Sprider energi omkring dig och gillar att arbeta tillsammans med andra ambitiösa personer.Du behöver inte vara den som kan mest om el utan det lär vi dig. Däremot vill vi att du kommer in med rätt inställning, viljan att lyckas och en rejäl dos tävlingsinstinkt!Vad erbjuder vi?
