Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die Initiierung, die Entwicklung und das Relationship Management zu Family Offices, Unternehmerfamilien, vermögenden Privatpersonen sowie weiteren potenziellen Investorengruppen – v.a. für unser Offering von PE/VC-Investments, aber auch die FO-Dienstleistungen; mit Fokus auf Deutschland
  • Positionierung des Unternehmens als vertrauenswürdiger Partner durch fundierte Beratung, Thought Leadership und Best Execution bei den Dienstleistungen
  • Beratung der Mandanten zu Portfolioaufbau, Investmentthemen und Marktentwicklungen im Bereich Private Markets
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Strategien zur Ansprache potenzieller Mandanten und Investoren
  • Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen aus Family Office, Capital Markets und insbesondere den PE/VC-Investments; enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team für PE/VC-Investment
  • Organisation und Durchführung der gesamten Mandantenansprache: von der Planung und Koordination von Roadshows, Events und Terminen bis hin zum Nachhalten und der Analyse aller Maßnahmen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems inklusive Datenmanagement, Tracking und Reporting sämtlicher Aktivitäten
  • Analyse von Mandanteninteraktionen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Ansprache
  • Weiterentwicklung und Individualisierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsunterlagen für potenzielle Investoren
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Analysen zur Identifikation neuer Zielgruppen und Trends in den Bereichen Family Office und Alternative Investments
  • Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens auf Branchenevents, Konferenzen und Netzwerkveranstaltungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Langjährige relevante Erfahrung im Capital Formation, Investor Relations, Wealth Management, Family Office oder Vertrieb anspruchsvoller Finanzprodukte
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Freude am Aufbau neuer Beziehungen; nachweisbare Erfolge in der Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Investoren im UHNWI-/Family-Office-/Unternehmerfamilien-Segment oder vergleichbaren Zielgruppen
  • Ausgeprägtes Netzwerk im Private-Wealth-Umfeld und Bereitschaft, dieses weiter auszubauen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Anlageklassen Private Equity und Venture Capital
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Freude an strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit
  • Souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten auf Entscheider-Ebene sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikativ und teamfähig
  • Hohe Lern- und Reisebereitschaft
