1. 基于公司变革项目目标与业界实践，承接制造基地实现端的流程变革任务，推动落实相关流程持续标准化提升和改进计划； 2. 在业务变革、流程项目及日常工作中深入一线业务，归纳总结业务流程问题，从流程角度制定解决方案，推动并指导流程和业务规则标准化并持续改进； 3. 熟悉制造业工厂端的生产制造流程，优秀的分析和逻辑思维能力，能够理解复杂的业务流程并进行优化，定位流程落地的关键控制点、核心监控点，开展流程执行与监控，评估与度量流程有效性，以及流程的全生命周期管理； 4. 对基地执行流程宣传和赋能，保障相关人员理解流程设计标准与思路、业务流程规则、系统运作规则，提高流程意识和执行有效性。 5. 与IT团队合作推动领域流程IT项目的落地实施，推动流程数字化项目。

1. 对研产某一领域流程熟悉，理解IPD或ISC的实践，全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上相关岗位工作经验，理工科专业优先，熟悉流程管理体系和项目管理实践； 2. 具有较强的学习能力，能快速熟悉业务；有良好的改善意识、洞察能力、创新能力、系统性逻辑思维能力； 3. 工作积极主动，有责任心，具有一定的抗压能力。 4. 熟悉流程管理工具方法论，有流程数字化工作经验、领域变革与改善项目经验优先。 5、适应出差，具备良好的沟通及协调能力、推动能力、团队合作能力；
