一、经营分析与洞察 1. 统筹产销研一体化经营分析：建立覆盖研发、生产、供应链、销售、服务全链路的经营分析体系，定期输出月度/季度/年度经营分析报告，全面反映业务健康度。 2. 核心指标监控：搭建并维护经营看板，对收入、毛利、净利、库存周转、订单交付、研发投入产出等关键指标进行动态跟踪与预警。 3. 经营问题识别：通过数据对比、趋势分析、结构拆解等方法，精准定位经营中的核心矛盾与关键问题（如毛利率下滑、库存积压、交付周期过长、新品转化不及预期等）。

二、根因分析组织与推动 1. 跨部门根因分析：针对识别出的经营问题，牵头组织研发、生产、采购、销售、质量等相关部门开展根因分析，运用5Why、鱼骨图、价值链分析等方法穿透问题本质。 2. 问题分层归类：将问题按战略层、运营层、执行层进行分层，明确问题归属与优先级，避免头痛医头、脚痛医脚。 3. 引导而非替代：以专业方法论引导各业务部门自主完成根因拆解，确保问题归因客观、准确，业务部门真正认同并承担改进责任。

三、策略制定与协同 1. 策略方案引导：引导各部门基于根因问题制定针对性解决策略，确保策略可落地、可衡量、有时限。 2. 跨部门协同：协调解决策略落地过程中的部门壁垒与资源冲突，推动形成合力。 3. 经营方案输出：整合各部门策略，形成整体经营改善方案，向管理层汇报并争取资源支持。

一、基本要求 1、学历：本科及以上学历，工业工程、财务管理、工商管理、机械工程等相关专业优先。 2、经验：7年以上制造业经营分析、财务管理或运营管理经验，有工业泵、工程机械、装备制造行业背景者优先。 二、 专业能力 1、经营分析能力：具备完整的经营分析框架，能从财务、业务、运营多维度系统性分析问题，而非仅停留在数据罗列。 2、行业理解力：了解工业泵行业的产销研基本逻辑，熟悉离散型制造业的生产运营模式。 3、数据处理能力：熟练使用Excel/高级函数、数据透视表，具备BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI、FineBI）使用经验者优先；有从ERP/MES系统取数分析的经验。 4、财务基础：具备财务三大报表分析能力，理解成本结构、毛利分析、本量利分析等基本财务概念。
