1.风险管理：协助部门负责人开展公司风险管理，定期组织各部门及下级子公司开展风险识别、评估、监督、应对；按月度/季度或根据重大事项，实时向部门负责人报告日常风险监督情况以及新发或潜在风险等。 2.内控管理： （1）内控体系建设：协助部门负责人搭建覆盖公司顶层设计、业务和职能等各板块的整体内控管理框架，组织、推动、完成公司内部控制体系建设工作；监督公司内部日常控制活动的有效执行，定期执行控制测试，评估控制体系的运行有效性，识别、评估、记录和报告公司内部控制缺陷（包括设计缺陷和执行缺陷），制定并推动落实整改计划，建立长效机制。 （2）制度流程管理：协助部门负责人开展公司制度管理，基于公司内控管理要求制定制度框架和规定，明确制度文件分级和职责分工；推动和协助设计制度执行所需的流程落地，主导业务流程中内控风险控制环节的设计，确保满足管控要求。 （3）授权体系管理：协助部门负责人开展公司授权文件的拟定、发布与维护更新。 （4）内控文化宣贯：在公司内普及内控理念、知识与要求，提升全员内控意识。 3.专项整改：针对风险监督及各类专项检查发现的问题，明确整改方案及措施并推动整改落实。 4.配合监管机构、外部审计、集团审计部及集团内控部的检查与整改工作。

1、本科及以上学历，管理、会计、金融学位优先。 2、5年及以上工作经验，过往行业侧重制造业。 3、有业务类审查经验（销售、采购等核心业务领域） 优先；或擅长制度、流程、授权体系建设优先 4、具备内部控制全流程的从0至1的建设及优化能力，可以利用理论基础，结合公司业务实践现状，给出合适的改进建议或方向。 5、可以作为项目负责人，带领团队完成公司级内部控制专项建设、审查或优化的项目，保证项目的按时按质完成；可以指导团队成员解决项目过程中的复杂问题。 6、在开展专项检查的基础上，可以在日常业务沟通、材料审阅、会议参与等非项目制推进的工作中，通过细微点发现问题点，并横向纵向深挖后形成问题发现、汇报发现结果并推动最终的整改落地。 7、对于内部控制常规流程没有覆盖的复杂业务，可以结合理论理解和过往实践经验总结，给出有效的管控建议或意见。 8、可以独立开展信息系统内部控制的检查评估，关注系统自动控制设计及执行的有效性，提出系统控制的优化方案，并跟进相应系统变更或建设成果的测试及上线使用。 9、具备全面风险管理的工作经历，可以协助搭建集团风险数据库，对关键风险进行分类分级管理，定期对风险数据库进行评估与更新，并协助公司风险管理体系的建设。同时可以协助完成日常风险监控指标的设计，借助信息化平台或工具实现动态监控。 10、可以与跨部门、跨公司人员实现复杂问题的沟通，促使对方接收内部控制管理的要求，引导对方接受内部控制的理念，逐步形成内部控制文化。 11、可以协助开展外部机构的对接与沟通。 12、可以独立开展内部控制培训材料的编制及培训实施。 13、逻辑思考能力强，细致，立场坚定，具备出色的沟通表达能力、理解能力和独立思考能力。
