岗位职责 1、薪酬报表与数据输出：统筹集团及制造基地的月度/年度薪酬报表出具、数据核对与上报，确保报表口径统一、数据准确。 2、薪酬核算与分析：主导一线员工（含产能、计件、计时等）工资核算全流程，包括考勤数据校验、产能工资测算、个税与社保代扣代缴、跨基地差异分析。 3、薪酬方案拆解落地：将公司薪酬方案（绩效、津贴、奖金、补贴等）拆解为可执行的核算规则和系统配置方案，输出标准化操作指引。 4、系统运维与提效：负责薪酬 SaaS 系统的日常运维、规则配置与流程优化，推动薪酬核算线上化、自动化。 5、业务支持与跨部门协同：对接 HRBP、财务、SSC 及制造基地 HR，解答薪酬核算口径问题，配合审计、年终结算等专项工作。 6、团队梯队建设：后续随业务扩编，统筹核算团队日常工作分配、能力培养与流程标准化。

任职要求 1、行业背景：必须具备制造业 HR 薪酬核算经验，熟悉一线产能/计件工资核算逻辑（车间、产线工人工资计算与发放）。 2、企业规模经验：有 营收 200 亿元以上 或 员工 1000 人以上 大型企业薪酬核算实操经验。 3、系统能力：熟练使用 标准化 SaaS 薪酬系统（如北森、SAP SuccessFactors、Workday 等），能独立完成规则配置、报表搭建与流程优化。 4、专业能力：精通国家及地方薪酬、个税、社保相关法律法规，能独立处理复杂薪酬方案拆解。
