Ihre Tätigkeiten

Mitverantwortung für die Betreuung einer Kindergruppe im Rahmen des pädagogischen Konzeptes von leolea Mitverantwortung für die organisatorische Umsetzung des Alltages Mitverantwortung für den hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich und für die Raumgestaltung Pflege der Elternkontakte sowie Unterstützung der Eltern in Erziehungs- und Entwicklungsfragen Mitverantwortung für die konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im Team Ihr Profil

Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ oder ähnliche Ausbildung Empathische, engagierte und ressourcenorientierte Persönlichkeit Konflikt- und Durchsetzungsfähig Differenzierte Kommunikation Flexibilität Was Sie erwartet
