All'interno dell'area Digital Solutions & Infrastructure, siamo alla ricerca di un/una CRM Platform Specialist, presso la nostra sede di Genova.

La persona si occuperà di garantire l'evoluzione, l'affidabilità e la valorizzazione della piattaforma CRM Microsoft, supportando i processi aziendali e di relazione con il cliente, attraverso soluzioni digitali efficaci e innovative.

La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Definire la roadmap evolutiva del CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 e Power Platform;
  • Coordinare sviluppo, manutenzione ed integrazione della piattaforma con gli altri sistemi aziendali;
  • Tradurre le esigenze del business in soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate, scalabili e ad alto valore;
  • Garantire sicurezza, performance, qualità del servizio e continuità operativa;
  • Gestire fornitori, partner tecnologici e team di sviluppo/governance delle soluzioni implementate;
  • Monitorare KPI di adoption e promuovere il miglioramento continuo della piattaforma.

Titolo di studio:

Laurea magistrale ad indirizzo informatico o equipollente.

Seniority:

Expert ( 3 - 5 anni d'esperienza).

Conoscenze e competenze richieste:

  • Solida esperienza su Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central e Power Platform;
  • Conoscenza di integrazioni applicative, API e servizi Azure;
  • Capacità di gestione progettuale e coordinamento stakeholder business ed IT secondo best practice;
  • Comprovata esperienza nella guida di programmi di trasformazione digitale e sviluppo applicativo in contesti complessi World Wide;
  • Governance investimenti e costi ricorrenti (definizione e gestione del budget necessario alla gestione operativa delle applicazioni in ambito e loro evoluzione all'interno della roadmap di trasformazione digitale);
  • Leadership, orientamento ai risultati e problem solving.

Conoscenze linguistiche:

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ( livello B2 o superiore).

Competenze informatiche:

  • Componenti Microsoft D365;
  • Componenti Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI);
  • Tools di Project & Service Management;
  • Tools di Business Process Analysis.

Altro:

Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte nazionali/estero.

Retribuzione annua lorda (RAL)/ range retributivo: 38.000 - 51.000 euro;

Tredicesima mensilità;
