Identify the most suitable methods to optimize the production and delivery process

Activities:

Determine the methods that should be used to best enable product industrialization process Identify production cycles and define the sequence of manufacturing operations to optimize the production and delivery process Define production processes KPIs in order to verify that production activities are managed effectively and efficiently
