Опис вакансії

  • Прийом документів на підпис та організація робочого календаря генерального директора
  • Ведення звітності
  • Ведення діловодства, прийом кореспонденції
  • Організація телефонних переговорів директора
  • Організація зустрічі гостей
  • Підготовка до нарад та ведення протоколів нарад
  • Travel Management: організація відряджень працівників ЛЕОНІ по Україні та за кордон

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта
  • Знання PC (Excel, Outlook) - на високому рівні
  • Знання англійської мови на високому рівні
  • Високий рівень ділового етикету
  • Досвід роботи за спеціальністю бажано
  • Бажання вдосконалюватися, креативність, відповідальність
