Senior Marketing Manager im Bereich Kino (m/w/d)

Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit und unbefristet zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du konzipierst, planst und steuerst kreative Marketing-Kampagnen für unsere Kinofilme und verantwortest das dazugehörige Budget.
  • Du briefst und steuerst unsere Agenturen.
  • Mit deinen Kolleg*innen bist du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativen und Produzent*innen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen zusammen und stimmst dich mit diesen ab.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Marketingausrichtung.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, davon mindestens 3 Jahre im Produktmanagement der Filmbranche.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Vermarktung hochbudgetierter Projekte gesammelt.
  • Du hast bereits bei einem Filmverleiher gearbeitet und kennst die Abläufe sowie die Besonderheiten der deutschen Filmbranche.
  • Erfahrung in der Vermarktung oder Betreuung deutscher Filme ist von Vorteil.
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie hohe Kreativität.
  • Du kannst dich sehr gut ausdrücken und überzeugst mit deiner Präsentationsstärke.
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv, selbstständig, gewissenhaft und bist flexibel.
