Als Adjunct‑Afdelingsverantwoordelijke ben je een cruciale schakel binnen het zorgteam. Je combineert verpleegkundige expertise met coördinerende en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheden. Je ondersteunt de afdelingsverantwoordelijke in de dagelijkse werking, en neemt diens taken over bij afwezigheid. Je draagt bij aan een warm, veilig en kwaliteitsvol leef- en zorgklimaat waarin bewoners maximaal comfort, autonomie en persoonlijke aandacht ervaren.

Wat mag je doen?

  • Verpleegkundige takenJe voert verpleegkundige en technische handelingen uit met aandacht voor kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en comfort Je bereidt het dagelijkse zorgpakket voor, plant, evalueert en stuurt bij Je bewaakt kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg Je coördineert fysieke, psychische en sociale begeleiding van bewoners Je staat in voor correcte en tijdige rapportage, overdracht, medicatiebeheer en dossieropmaak Je ondersteunt een animatieve en persoonsgerichte zorgcultuur
  • Coördinerende en leidinggevende ondersteuningJe ondersteunt de afdeling in organisatie, planning en opvolging Je helpt bij multidisciplinaire overlegmomenten Je verdeelt taken en ondersteunt collega’s waar nodig Je werkt mee aan uurroosters, verlofplanning en taakverdeling Je biedt ondersteuning bij opnames en familiebegeleiding Je houdt toezicht op orde, netheid, huiselijkheid en materialen Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en stagiairs
  • Vervanging van de afdelingsverantwoordelijkeJe neemt de leiding over de afdeling bij afwezigheid van de afdelingsverantwoordelijke Je volgt bewonerssituaties en zorgkwaliteit op Je communiceert met families, artsen en disciplines Je neemt deel aan overlegmomenten
