The posting

Build your career with Leppo Rents.

Work on Bobcat equipment with a great team, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a clear path to grow your pay.

You can turn wrenches, get through a PM without a checklist in your hand, and you don’t panic when a machine comes in with a problem nobody has named yet. Now you want a shop where that experience counts, and where there’s a clear path to what’s next. Leppo is a family-owned equipment rental, sales, and service company across Ohio, Alabama, and Florida. We keep the equipment our customers depend on running, and our technicians are the reason we can.

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine problems on aerial lifts, telehandlers, compact equipment, and more
  • Read schematics and use diagnostic software to find the root cause instead of throwing parts at it
  • Handle PMs, rental turnarounds, and repairs efficiently so the fleet keeps moving
  • Write clear work orders so the next person knows what was found and what was done
  • Share what you know with newer techs when they get stuck

What you bring

  • A few years of hands-on experience on heavy equipment, diesel, ag, or similar machines
  • Confidence working through hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting without step-by-step direction
  • Comfort with schematics, service manuals, and laptop diagnostics
  • A valid driver’s license.

What you get

  • A Monday–Friday schedule, so your weekends are yours
  • A tool allowance to build your toolbox
  • Quarterly bonuses
  • A great team that has your back
  • Ongoing training
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off

Ready for your next step? Apply today. It takes just a few minutes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
