Nu söker vi en HR- & Administrationsansvarig som vill vara en nyckelperson i den dagliga verksamheten och bidra till välfungerande personalprocesser, struktur och administration. Om tjänsten

Som HR- & Administrationsansvarig har du en central roll i verksamheten med ansvar för både löpande administration och företagets HR-frågor. Du arbetar nära VD, produktionsledningen och medarbetarna och fungerar som en viktig stödfunktion i organisationen. En stor del av det dagliga arbetet består av operativt HR-arbete där du hanterar personaladministratiorn, arbetsrättsliga frågor, rehabiliteringsärenden, rekrytering och kontakt med fackliga organisationer. Utöver detta ansvarar du för orderadministration, kundkontakter, fakturering och inköp. Du kommer även att arbeta med uppföljning av personalfrågor, lönerevisioner, arbetsmiljöarbete samt administrativa processer kopplade till verksamheten. Rollen passar dig som trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter och tycker om att kombinera operativt arbete med eget ansvar. Om dig Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, självgående och har god förmåga att skapa ordning och struktur i ditt arbete. Du är trygg i din HR-kompetens, har en god administrativ förmåga och trivs i en roll där du har många kontaktytor både internt och externt. Du har lätt för att prioritera mellan olika arbetsuppgifter, är lösningsorienterad och uppskattar att arbeta nära verksamheten. Samtidigt har du integritet och professionellt omdöme i personalrelaterade frågor. Formell kompetens

Erfarenhet av kvalificerat HR-arbete

God kunskap inom svensk arbetsrätt och kollektivavtal

Erfarenhet av personalärenden, rehabilitering och fackliga kontakter

Erfarenhet av personaladministration, rekrytering och anställningsavtal

God administrativ förmåga och erfarenhet av orderhantering eller liknande administrativa arbetsuppgifter

God datorvana och erfarenhet av affärs- eller personalsystem

Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och prioritera mellan olika ansvarsområden

Meriterande

Erfarenhet från tillverkande industri eller livsmedelsproduktion

Kunskap om Livs kollektivavtal

Erfarenhet av Fortnox eller liknande affärssystem

Erfarenhet av inköp, fakturering och leverantörskontakter

Erfarenhet av lönerevisioner och löneadministrativa processer
