Vi söker nu en erfaren projektledare som vill ta en nyckelroll i att driva produktutvecklingsprojekt i en internationell miljö där teknik, innovation och samarbete står i fokus. Om tjänsten Som Projektledare inom Produktutveckling ansvarar du för att leda produkter genom hela utvecklingsresan, från tidig konceptfas till färdig produkt och serieproduktion. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med utvecklingsavdelning, kvalitet, inköp, leverantörer och produktion för att säkerställa att projekt levereras enligt uppsatta mål avseende tid, kvalitet och kostnad. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

Leda produktutvecklingsprojekt från koncept till produktionssättning

Säkerställa projektplanering, uppföljning och leverans enligt satta tidsplaner

Koordinera tvärfunktionella team inom utveckling, kvalitet, inköp och produktion

Hantera risker, prioriteringar och eskaleringar under projektets gång

Samordna arbete med externa leverantörer, underleverantörer och tillverkningspartners

Rapportera projektstatus och resultat till interna och externa intressenter

Säkerställa ett effektivt samarbete mellan utveckling och tillverkningsorganisation

Om dig Vi söker dig som är en trygg och drivande projektledare med ett starkt teknikintresse. Du trivs i en roll där du får skapa struktur, driva aktiviteter framåt och samla olika kompetenser mot gemensamma mål. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga, är lösningsorienterad och känner dig bekväm med att fatta beslut i komplexa projektmiljöer. Du motiveras av att arbeta nära både teknik och människor samt har förmågan att skapa engagemang i tvärfunktionella team. Formell kompetens

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom produktutveckling

Erfarenhet av att driva produkter från konceptfas till produktion

Erfarenhet av att leda tvärfunktionella team inom utveckling, inköp, kvalitet och produktion

Akademisk utbildning inom exempelvis elektronik, mekatronik, datateknik eller liknande tekniskt område

Erfarenhet av produktutvecklingsprocesser enligt Stage-Gate, Tollgate eller motsvarande

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av produkter som innefattar elektronik, mjukvara och mekanik

Erfarenhet av NPI (New Product Introduction) eller industrialisering

Erfarenhet av Lean-Agile arbetssätt

Erfarenhet från internationell tillverkningsindustri

Erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och produktionstekniska projekt
