O que esperamos de você:

  • Ensino superior completo em Direto, Ciências Contábeis, e ou Administração com ênfase na área Tributária.
  • Conhecimentos em Office, profundidade em Excel.
  • Sólido conhecimento da legislação tributária com vivência em pesquisa, análise e interpretações das normas tributárias.
  • Excelentes conhecimentos na área tributária: lojas, logística e legislações inerentes ao ICMS e IPI;
  • Estar atualizado quanto à Legislação Tributária do ICMS e IPS principalmente e suas alterações.
  • Conhecimentos de sistemas integrados, conhecedor das rotinas de interface.
  • Boa capacidade de análise e interpretação da Legislação Tributária.

Como é o dia a dia:

  • Garantir a apuração contínua de impostos indiretos (ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI e EC87);
  • Validar, conciliar e entregar obrigações acessórias complexas (EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, GIA);
  • Recepcionar toda demanda recebida de agentes fiscalizadores, sendo eletrônica ou física e dar a devida tratativa, bem como garantir a entrega e repostas aos mesmos.
  • Interpretar a Legislação Fiscal , através da leitura constante de novas Leis que porventura afetem as atividades da Leroy Merlin Brasil. Identificando alterações, providenciar as adequações necessárias e sinalizar riscos.
  • Zelar para que todas as Certidões da LMB estejam disponíveis e quando não iniciar e monitorar as ações necessárias para. (Federais, Estaduais e Municipais).
  • Elaboração de defesas administrativas e preparação de documentação para defesas administrativas e ou judiciais.
  • Solicitar junto aos Órgãos (Prefeitura, Estado e Federal) os Regimes Especiais e controlar os prazos.
  • Garantir suporte fiscal às lojas e SI, provendo orientações sobre tratativas fiscais de novos processos, fazendo reuniões de alinhamento/entendimento com as áreas envolvidas e escrevendo processos e procedimentos de forma didática a fim de instruir as mesmas frente á novas situações.
