Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Atendente de Loja:

  • Realiza o agendamento dos serviços de instalação adquiridos pelos clientes nas lojas, garantindo o correto direcionamento das ordens de serviço aos prestadores e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Acompanha as ordens de serviço desde o agendamento até a conclusão, monitorando o andamento das instalações e atuando para garantir a execução conforme o combinado com o cliente.
  • Realiza atendimentos por WhatsApp, chat, e-mail e telefone, esclarecendo dúvidas, fornecendo informações e tratando solicitações de clientes, lojas e prestadores de serviços.
  • Atua na resolução de problemas relacionados à execução dos serviços, como atrasos, cancelamentos, reagendamentos, dificuldades de contato, indisponibilidade de prestadores e outras ocorrências operacionais.
  • Realiza reagendamentos e ajustes nas ordens de serviço, alinhando a disponibilidade dos clientes e prestadores para garantir a continuidade e conclusão dos atendimentos.
  • Mantém contato com os prestadores de serviços para confirmar agendamentos, acompanhar pendências, solucionar dificuldades e garantir o cumprimento dos compromissos assumidos com os clientes.
  • Registra e atualiza as informações das ordens de serviço nos sistemas da empresa, garantindo a rastreabilidade dos atendimentos e a confiabilidade dos dados.
  • Monitora os prazos de atendimento e os indicadores de qualidade da operação, atuando para garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs, a resolução das demandas e a satisfação dos clientes.
  • Interage com as equipes das lojas e demais áreas da companhia para solucionar pendências, alinhar informações e garantir agilidade nas tratativas.
  • Identifica problemas recorrentes na operação e contribui com sugestões de melhoria nos processos de agendamento, atendimento e acompanhamento dos serviços.
