  • Ensino superior completo.

  • Vivência em gestão/supervisão de equipes.
  • Treinamento e atuação em Lean Management.

Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Supervisor(a) Eficiência Operacional:

  • Mapeia a necessidade, distribui e supervisiona, em conjunto com o Comitê de Direção de Loja, as demandas de abastecimento entre as seções comerciais.
  • Desenha e assegura o fluxo adequado para o 3A (abastecimento e reposição de produtos) da loja em que atua.
  • Assegura o cumprimento do cronograma de IRC pelos operadores de loja.
  • Alinha, junto ao Comitê de Direção Loja, a gestão visual sobre as balizagens e precificações, atuando sobre as tratativas definidas.
  • Cria e garante, junto ao Comitê de Direção Loja, uma escala de apoio aos caixas para momentos de pico de fluxo de clientes.
  • Acompanha, compartilha e anima com as equipes os indicadores de performance operacional da loja.
  • Lida em conjunto com as suas equipes o desenvolvimento da rotina de melhoria contínua das atividades operacionais da loja através da metodologia de Lean Management e de inteligência coletiva: menos desperdício, maior eficiência processual e melhor organização das tarefas.
  • É responsável pelo acompanhamento da equipe de operadores de loja, garantindo a aplicação das etapas de Jornada de Desenvolvimento e Progresso adequadamente.
