Como Customer Logistics Specialist, reportando directamente al Responsable Promesa Cliente, serás el puente clave entre el negocio, la tecnología y las operaciones para transformar la experiencia de entrega.

  • Cuentas con experiencia gestionando o parametrizando flujos logísticos B2C y B2B, y te apasiona el funcionamiento de las herramientas de gestión, trazabilidad y jerarquías de creación de pedidos (OMS).
  • Tienes una mentalidad analítica orientada a la mejora continua, habituado a tomar decisiones basadas en datos e indicadores clave (como OTIF o NPS).
  • Posees una gran capacidad pedagógica y de comunicación para formar, alinear y contagiar la importancia de la "Promesa Cliente" a diferentes áreas de la compañía.
  • Cuentas con un nivel de inglés fluido (mínimo B2), que te permite comunicarte con confianza en entornos profesionales y comprender documentación técnica internacional.

Qué harás...

Tu objetivo principal será actuar como el responsable de negocio de nuestras herramientas y flujos logísticos para dar solución de venta a nuestros productos.

  • Garantizar la parametrización integral: Asegurarás que los plazos de entrega end-to-end (centros logísticos, transporte, tiendas, festivos y vacaciones de proveedores) estén perfectamente cargados y actualizados en todos los sistemas.
  • Monitorización y anticipación: Controlarás el lead time de las entregas a través de la Control Tower, anticipándote a las desviaciones y comunicando proactivamente cualquier cambio para asegurar una experiencia de cliente excepcional.
  • Liderar la mejora continua: Impulsarás metodologías de trabajo y rituales entre almacenes y tiendas para optimizar los circuitos de entrega directos desde almacenes o proveedores y dinamizar los envíos en 24 horas.
  • Desarrollo de herramientas y pedagogía: Crearás el "Libro Blanco de Promesa Cliente" y liderarás la formación interna para que toda la compañía entienda, mida y mejore los plazos de entrega de forma conjunta.
