  • Cuentas con experiencia sólida en la operativa de compensación, valoración de puestos y diseño de modelos de Total Reward y beneficios.
  • Dominas la gestión operativa de esquemas retributivos, cálculo de variables e implantación de sistemas de incentivos ligados a objetivos de negocio.
  • Estás al día en el marco regulatorio y la normativa de transparencia salarial y brecha retributiva.
  • Tienes un manejo avanzado de datos de personas (People Analytics) e indicadores clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Nivel de inglés: Cuentas con un nivel profesional fluido (C1 mínimo) para negociar, colaborar e interactuar en entornos e iniciativas globales.

Qué harás...

  • Participarás en el diseño, evolución e implementación estratégica de la compensación total y los beneficios de la compañía.
  • Actuarás como referente técnico en la arquitectura retributiva, modelos de reconocimiento y políticas salariales.
  • Gestionarás la parte operativa de retribución, incluyendo el cálculo de variables y la implantación de sistemas de incentivos.
  • Diseñarás, mantendrás y aplicarás el sistema de valoración de puestos para garantizar la equidad interna.
  • Asumirás la gobernanza y cumplimiento normativo en materia de transparencia salarial, auditorías retributivas e informes de brecha.
  • Asegurarás la alineación perfecta entre la competitividad del mercado externo, la equidad interna y la sostenibilidad económica del negocio.
  • Potenciarás la analítica de personas (People Analytics) para convertir datos complejos en decisiones de valor estratégico para la Dirección de Recursos Humanos.
