  • Cuentas con Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho (se valorará muy positivamente que cuentes con colegiación en vigor).
  • Aportas al menos 5 años de experiencia resolviendo desafíos legales en las áreas tecnológicas mencionadas, ya sea en grandes empresas, consultoras o despachos de reconocido prestigio.
  • Posees formación de posgrado (máster o experto) enfocada en derecho digital y nuevas tecnologías, además de experiencia sólida en la gobernanza de la Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Dominas el inglés con un nivel C1 (imprescindible), tanto hablado como escrito, para moverte con soltura en negociaciones y marcos normativos internacionales.
  • Te manejas con destreza utilizando herramientas de Legal Tech, IA y plataformas de gestión del cumplimiento.

Qué harás...

Tu misión principal será asegurar un asesoramiento jurídico experto y garantizar nuestro cumplimiento normativo en todas las materias vinculadas a las nuevas tecnologías. En tu día a día te encargarás de:

  • Contratación Digital: Liderar la negociación y firma de servicios tecnológicos (externalización TIC, consultoría, Cloud computing y modelos SaaS, PaaS e IaaS).
  • E-commerce y Consumo: Auditar y proteger nuestros canales de venta digital (ecommerce propio y marketplaces), garantizando el cumplimiento normativo en comercio electrónico (LSSI), Retail Media y protección al consumidor.
  • IA y Marco Regulatorio: Actuar como guardián de la normativa europea (DSA, DMA, Data Act). Asegurarás la correcta implementación del Reglamento de IA, garantizando un cumplimiento algorítmico impecable y anticipándote a los cambios legales.
  • Privacidad y Ciberseguridad: Liderar el cumplimiento del RGPD, la gestión del Big Data, las evaluaciones de impacto (EIPD) y el contacto con la AEPD. Analizarás riesgos tecnológicos velando por la resiliencia operativa digital (Directiva NIS2 y DORA).
  • Propiedad Intelectual y Corporativo: Proteger nuestros activos (licencias de software, marcas, derechos de autor), gestionar la reputación e identidad digital (incluyendo smart contracts, tokenización y NFTs) y brindar asesoría directa al Consejo y a las diferentes direcciones.
