  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semana e feriados.

Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Atendente de Loja:

  • Abre e fecha o caixa com rapidez e eficiência.
  • Conhece sua quebra de caixa e dá o devido tratamento.
  • Conhece os principais erros de preço que passam pelo seu caixa, apoia o líder e equipe em sua redução.
  • Informa os clientes sobre as opções de financiamento, promove e vende o Cartão Celebre.
  • Promove ações para captação de novos clientes e para retenção de clientes já existentes.
  • Trata os CRMs e interage com as seções do Comércio e Supply Chain para resolver as solicitações dos clientes.
  • Está sempre atento(a) as observações e comentários dos clientes, visando obter e transmitir informações para a melhoria de atendimento, oferta de produtos e qualidade em geral.
  • Realiza “enquetes” com os clientes quando de sua passagem pelo caixa.
  • Apoia o Comércio na recuperação de orçamentos.
  • Trata o retorno dos produtos devolvidos, separando-os e identificando-os.
  • Cuida da limpeza e organização de seu local de trabalho.
