  • Engaja a seção, o atendimento, a venda e a relação com os clientes.
  • Engaja a equipe de vendas na gestão do linear.
  • Define e aplica ações estratégicas e operacionais para seu setor, junto ao Gerente Comercial.
  • Atua com formação de equipe de vendas chão de loja.
  • Faz a gestão e o acompanhamento dos resultados de vendas.
  • Monitora e garante o atendimento de clientes de cada vendedor.
  • Assegura o cumprimento dos objetivos de metas.
  • Garante as negociações dentro da política comercial vigente, bem como as operações comerciais.
  • Analisa, qualifica e estimula o retorno aos orçamentos realizados em seu setor.
