Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Fiscal de Caixa:

  • Conhece a fundo as opções de financiamento da loja.
  • Realiza os procedimentos de abertura e fechamento de caixa.
  • Confere e aprova os cancelamentos de cupom e pedido.
  • Anima a realização da sangria dos caixas quando necessário.
  • Realiza a devolução de dinheiro.
  • Faz a abertura de chamados no Service Desk.
  • Opera o caixa quando necessário, sendo exemplar nos procedimentos.
  • Conhece e forma as equipes sobre as possíveis fraudes nas formas de pagamento e passagem pelo caixa.
  • Faz carrinho teste com as atendentes de caixa mensalmente, atuando nas deficiências e oportunidades encontradas.
  • Faz o abastecimento de produtos de incentivo a venda.
  • Mantém a limpeza e a organização dos Check-outs e Check-Stand;
