  • Ensino superior completo em: Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Gestão Comercial, Engenharias, Design de Interiores, Arquitetura, ou áreas afins.
  • Desejável pós-graduação cursando ou completa em: Gestão Comercial, Gestão de Pessoas, Marketing, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas afins.
  • Imprescindível experiência gerencial no Varejo.
  • Diferencial experiência com B2B, Pesquisa de concorrentes e de mercado, Visão Comercial / Clientes (cliente/negociação/busca de novidades), Planejamento e acompanhamento de objetivos, domínio de KPI's de vendas (Margem, Ticket Médio, volume de vendas, taxa conversão, rotatividade de estoque, produtos vendidos por categoria, etc).
  • Diferencial conhecimento de Sistemas de Informação (SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Salesforce, etc).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semana e feriados.

Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Gerente Comercial:

  • Desenvolver e implementar a “Dinâmica Comercial” para a seção, baseada em dados e alinhada com a Oferta de Produtos. Avalia a qualidade da gama de produtos implantada e ajuste a estratégia conforme necessário para melhorar os resultados.
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com as áreas de supply, relacionamento e gestão para garantir uma experiência de compra excelente. Monitora a performance das operações comerciais, assegurando a disponibilidade adequada de produtos e envolvendo a equipe em toda a operação.
  • Definir e acompanha os objetivos de margem para suas seções, focando nas linhas que mais impactam os resultados (vendas, MSV, despesas).
  • Negociar com fornecedores, fazendo escolhas estratégicas de produtos, para manter o estoque atualizado com as tendências do mercado.
  • Identificar e atrai novos negócios, usando dados locais para entender melhor o mercado potencial para implementar ações estratégicas para melhorar os resultados.
  • Realizar pesquisas de preços e ofertas de serviços na sua região, colaborando com o HUB de serviços para garantir que sua loja se mantenha competitiva.
  • Gerenciar e otimiza os PDM's dos diferentes negócios (PRO, B2B, E-COMMERCE, SERVIÇOS), sugerindo e testando novas promoções e estratégias para maximizar a rentabilidade e as vendas.
  • Contribuir para o Comitê de Direção da loja, ajudando a definir políticas e prioridades estratégicas e assegurando o cumprimento dos objetivos gerais da loja.
  • Participar da escala de plantão da loja.
  • Representar a empresa frente aos órgãos de proteção ao consumidor ou outros, se necessário, subsidiando e reportando situações e ações junto ao Departamento Jurídico da empresa.
