Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Relacionamento Clientes:

  • Faz as avaliações de desempenho de suas equipes diretas, assim como os planos de formações e o desenvolvimento das mesmas.
  • Faz plantões na loja, de acordo com a escala proposta.
  • Orienta o fluxo de atividades da Frente de Caixa, de forma a atender as normas e procedimentos da empresa quanto ao correto registro das mercadorias, preços e pagamentos pelos clientes.
  • Controla a Tesouraria, garantindo que todo o numerário e lançamentos estejam corretos.
  • Forma e orienta às Atendentes de Caixa sobre a prática de atitudes básicas de atendimento, política comercial e de serviço, conforme os procedimentos e normas internas da empresa.
  • Garante a qualidade do atendimento prestado pelos Atendentes de Caixa aos Clientes.
  • É responsável pelas atividades do fiscal de caixa, garantindo o bom andamento de suas tarefas e os recursos necessários para o exercício da missão.
  • Garante o bom fluxo das atividades dos periféricos (sac/ed/retira/financeira/balcão de troca de mercadorias) do relacionamento cliente, conforme os processos e procedimentos estabelecidos.
  • Viabiliza os recursos necessários para que as equipes possam exercer suas atividades.
  • Incentiva e engaja diariamente, junto a loja, a venda do cartão Celebre e do programa de fidelidade Leroy Merlin com você.
  • Conhece o sistema do SAC e garante sua operação.
  • Atua em interface com o comércio e a Supply Chain loja
