  • Capacidade de articulação com diferentes públicos (loja, prestadores, matriz e cliente final);
  • Organização, autonomia, espírito colaborativo e forte orientação para resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos sábados e feriados (escala definida).

Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Supervisor(a) Serviços Loja:

Apoio à equipe de vendas e impulso à jornada comercial

  • Atua lado a lado com o time de vendas, apoiando na formação sobre os serviços, esclarecimento de dúvidas e construção de uma jornada de venda de reformas e instalações com excelência;
  • Participa do acompanhamento das visitas técnicas e apoia ativamente na conversão em vendas;
  • Garante que o time comercial tenha clareza sobre os resultados (RVV, conversão, Venda Solução) e saiba como potencializar oportunidades.

Gestão estratégica da rede de prestadores

  • Realiza a prospecção, homologação, contratação e curadoria de novos prestadores de serviço;
  • Acompanha a qualidade técnica e comportamental da rede, garantindo aderência aos padrões da empresa;
  • Atua na fidelização e desenvolvimento dos parceiros, com base em indicadores como Score Prestador e NPS.

Controle e performance da operação de serviços

  • Monitora os principais indicadores estratégicos: margem, precificação, conversão de visitas, volume de vendas, prazo de instalação e qualidade na entrega;
  • Identifica oportunidades de melhoria e propõe soluções para alavancar resultados;
  • Participa da construção e execução de estratégias de crescimento da operação.

Liderança e desenvolvimento da equipe técnica

  • Lidera diretamente os coordenadores e vistoriadores, garantindo clareza de papel, direcionamento e acompanhamento próximo da rotina;
  • Promove o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental do time, estimulando protagonismo, escuta e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Apoia nas tratativas de conflitos e atua como referência para a equipe.

Integração com a matriz e com a liderança da loja

  • Atua em parceria com os times corporativos em assuntos como novos serviços, pós-venda, litígios, ajustes contratuais e tratativas extrajudiciais;
  • Se conecta com os líderes da loja, apresentando resultados, insights e propostas para acelerar a performance em serviços;
  • Participa dos comitês e rituais de loja (CDL/CCL), sendo um dos protagonistas da estratégia comercial.
