  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Formação técnico em edificações, tecnólogo, engenharia ou arquitetura será um diferencial.
  • Experiência comercial, de relacionamento com profissionais de construção civil (obra, varejo ou indústria de materiais de construção).
  • Conhecimento de construção civil na prática ou curso.
  • Boa negociação e comunicação.
  • Orientação a resultados.
  • Capacidade de lidar com imprevistos de forma ágil.

Como é o dia a dia:

  • Gerir a carteira de clientes profissionais captando novos clientes e mantendo o contato com sua atual carteira para garantir atendimento personalizado e relacionamento próximo para identificar suas necessidades (profissão, próximos projetos, etapas futuras da obra, necessidades de reposição, etc).
  • Atender presencialmente ou remotamente (telefone, whatsapp, email, etc) durante o horário de abertura da loja, com o apoio da equipe de loja, garantindo a preparação dos pedidos do cliente profissional.
  • Visitar obras quando necessário para apoiar a escolha e planejamento de compra do cliente profissional.
  • Oferecer serviços, ofertas, saldos e oportunidades para seus clientes profissionais presencialmente e remotamente de forma proativa.
  • Acompanhar os indicadores de venda e MSV (margem sobre vendas) no HI, animar o resultado na loja e com seu supervisor, definindo ações para progressão da venda.
  • Elaborar e enviar orçamentos de compras padronizados, dentro da política de preços e descontos definida, garantindo o atendimento do projeto cliente com rentabilidade, com rapidez e agilidade coerentes com as necessidades do cliente profissional.
