  • posiadasz minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku HRBP lub podobnym
  • masz wyższe wykształcenie kierunkowe (psychologia, socjologia lub zarządzanie)
  • masz wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności w zakresie komunikacji, organizacji pracy i pracy projektowej
  • lubisz poświęcać czas na samodoskonalenie i rozwijanie innych
  • potrafisz słuchać innych i szukać najlepszych rozwiązań
  • jesteś na bieżąco z przepisami prawa pracy oraz przepisów ZUS

  • budowanie kultury organizacyjnej w oparciu o wartości firmy, dbanie o przestrzeganie zasad etyki biznesu na poziomie sklepu
  • wspieranie i współpracowanie z kadrą menedżerską w rozwoju kompetencji pracowników poprzez min. szkolenia, programy rozwojowe, udział w projektach, planowaniu sukcesji
  • koordynowanie procesu ocen pracowników w sklepie
  • zapewnienie prawidłowej komunikacji i przepływu informacji w sklepie
  • udział w procesie rekrutacji oraz dbanie o pozytywne doświadczenia kandydatów
  • koordynowanie procesu wdrożenia nowego pracownika
  • dbanie o rozwój relacji pracowniczych oraz budowanie zaangażowania poprzez wspieranie inicjatyw wewnętrznych
  • budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku pracodawcy na zewnątrz organizacji - udział w lokalnych wydarzeniach
  • realizacja procesów kadrowo-płacowych
  • udział we wdrażaniu polityki zatrudnienia, kosztów personalnych oraz wsparcie procesu budżetowania
  • raportowanie wskaźników HR, analiza danych i rekomendowanie rozwiązań
