  • wykazujesz się otwartością i życzliwością
  • posiadasz doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta i zarządzania sprzedażą (mile widziane w sklepach wielkopowierzchniowych, hurtowniach etc.), w tym koordynowania i organizowania pracy zespołu
  • interesujesz się tematyką budowlaną, ogrodniczą lub dekoracyjną
  • potrafisz pracować zespołowo, masz doświadczenie w koordynowaniu prac innych osób
  • jesteś skrupulatny/a i dokładny/a, zwłaszcza w obszarze analizy wskaźników sprzedażowych i ekonomicznych, optymalizacji zatowarowania
  • jesteś otwarty/a do pracy o charakterze fizycznym: - rozkładanie towaru i kompletowanie zamówień (w tym, w zależności od działu, produktów gabarytowych - takich jak np. materiały budowlane, panele, drzwi, płytki ceramiczne, kabiny prysznicowe etc.) - zmiany i montaż ekspozycji (montaż wyposażenia i ekspozytorów do prezentacji produktów)
  • posiadasz aktualne uprawnienia do obsługi wózków widłowych (mile widziane)
  • jesteś otwarty/a do pracy zmianowej w godzinach otwarcia sklepu (06:30 - 22:00), także w soboty (do 3 w miesiącu) i w niedziele handlowe

  • koordynowanie pracy zespołu Doradców Klienta
  • monitorowanie wyników sprzedażowych/ekonomicznych w podległym dziale/sektorze
  • aktywna sprzedaż produktów i usług, dostosowana do indywidualnych potrzeb klientów
  • przygotowywanie zamówień dla klienta i monitorowanie procesu ich realizacji
  • budowanie relacji z klientami i ich wzmacnianie poprzez programy partnerskie i lojalnościowe
  • monitorowanie i zapewnienie dostępności i odpowiedniej ekspozycji towaru zgodnie ze standardami
  • współpraca z innymi działami oraz serwisami zewnętrznymi (w tym magazyn centralny, dostawcy)
  • koordynowanie i przygotowywanie działu do akcji handlowych, inwentaryzacji, audytów
  • przestrzeganie zasad BHP, w tym odpowiedniego składowania i zabezpieczania towarów; dbanie o bezpieczeństwo klientów i współpracowników
  • udział w szkoleniach, podnoszenie wiedzy produktowej i stosowanie jej w praktyce
