Co będziesz robić?

  • Twój start z Buddym: przez pierwsze 4 miesiące będziesz zdobywać wiedzę i doświadczenie pod opieką opiekuna wdrożenia oraz zespołu
  • Realizacja zamówień: skompletujesz i przygotujesz zamówienia dla klientów, zadbasz o ich terminowe wydanie lub przekazanie do transportu
  • Praca z towarem: zadbasz o odbiór, kontrolę i rozmieszczenie towarów w sklepie (produkty drobne i wielkogabarytowe). Ważna jest gotowość do pracy fizycznej
  • Współpraca międzydziałowa i praca z klientem: będziesz współpracować z innymi działami, aby zapewnić klientom najlepszą jakość obsługi
  • Zarządzanie zapasami: będziesz monitorować stany magazynowe, uczestniczyć w inwentaryzacjach i obsługiwać systemy logistyczne
  • Dbanie o magazyn: zadbasz o porządek w magazynie oraz bezpieczne składowanie i transport towarów zgodnie z zasadami BHP

Jak wygląda organizacja pracy?

  • Pracujemy zmianowo w godzinach otwarcia sklepu (6:30–22:00), 5 dni w tygodniu (40 godzin / cały etat). Jeśli pracujesz w sobotę (zwykle 3 w miesiącu) lub w niedzielę handlową, w zamian otrzymasz dzień wolny w innym dniu tygodnia
  • Jeśli posiadasz aktualne uprawnienia (wydane przez UDT), będziesz również korzystać z wózka widłowego przez około 10-20% czasu pracy
  • Miejscem Twojej pracy będzie teren całego sklepu (powierzchnie magazynowe znajdują się wewnątrz i na zewnątrz)
