Este reto es para ti si...

  • Estás cursando actualmente un postgrado en Compliance, Cumplimiento Normativo o Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas (tras haberte graduado en Derecho, ADE o titulación similar).
  • Cuentas con conocimientos teóricos sobre prevención de delitos, anticorrupción, protección de datos y gestión de riesgos corporativos.
  • Dominas el inglés a nivel alto (la fluidez en francés o portugués sumará puntos para interactuar con nuestros equipos regionales).
  • Destacas por tu capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, rigor en el manejo de información confidencial y destreza en entornos digitales (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).

Qué harás...

Tu misión principal será colaborar de forma activa en la gestión del Sistema de Cumplimiento Normativo de Adeo Iberia. Tus funciones clave incluirán:

  • Gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento: Apoyar en el mantenimiento y actualización de la cartografía de riesgos (Anticorrupción Sapin II, Blanqueo de Capitales, Sostenibilidad) y colaborar en la preparación de Comités éticos y de gobierno corporativo.
  • Herramientas e investigación: Participar en la gestión del Canal Ético, herramientas de conflictos de interés y mantenimiento de la documentación oficial.
  • Formación y sensibilización: Organizar iniciativas y talleres de capacitación sobre cultura ética y normativa para las distintas áreas del negocio.
  • Reporting y seguimiento: Dar soporte al control y reporte periódico de los indicadores clave de cumplimiento (KPI) fijados por el Grupo ADEO.
