  • Du betreust die Bereiche Einkauf und Produktion administrativ und pflegst Stammdaten sowie Kontrolldateien
  • Du erstellst Hochrechnungen während der Orderphase, ermittelst finale Bestellmengen nach Orderschluss und bearbeitest Aufträge
  • Du bereitest Daten für EAN-Barcodes und Preisetiketten auf, kontrollierst diese und koordinierst die Etikettenprozesse mit externen Partnern und der internen IT
  • Du entwickelst und führst Lieferantenanalysen sowie Kontrollsysteme durch, bereitest relevante Informationen auf und übernimmst die Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten
  • Du unterstützt die Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Liefermengen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen den beteiligten Bereichen
  • Du verantwortest die Zolltarifierung, optimierst die zugehörigen Abläufe, pflegst Zolltarife in Texdefine und AS400 und erstellst Zolltariflisten

Du bist engagiert, denkst analytisch und arbeitest strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert? Du kommunizierst gerne und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen? Dann freuen wir uns, wenn du Folgendes mitbringst:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Einkauf, Sourcing, Produktion oder Supply Chain Management
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, arbeitest sorgfältig und erkennst Unstimmigkeiten in Daten und Prozessen
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in AS400 und Texdefine sind von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, findest pragmatische Lösungen und bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung von Abläufen ein
  • Du kommunizierst serviceorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern zusammen
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist offen für neue Prozesse, denkst mit und bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung bestehender Abläufe ein
