Le \[Département de médecine\](\< \>) (D\\-MED) est composé de 14 entités médico\\-soignantes (12 services médicaux, 1 Unité d'investigation et de traitements brefs (UITB) et le Centre de transfusion sanguine (CTS)) avec notamment la particularité de compter dans son organisation des plateaux techniques (dont la cardiologie interventionnelle et l'endoscopie digestive et pulmonaire), plusieurs plateaux de traitements et de soins (traitements biologiques, photophérèse et soins de médecine), 1 centre de dialyses hospitalières et ambulatoires. 3 programmes de réadaptation et réhabilitation. De plus, l'activité médico\\-soignante est fortement dédiée aux patients et patientes stationnaires (9 unités de soins, 160 lits) avec des consultants et consultantes internes au bénéfice de la patientèle prise en charge par les autres départements médicaux. \\Description du poste\\ Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des systèmes informatiques du Département de Médecine. Vous assurez la gestion et le suivi des demandes ainsi que le suivi du renouvellement du parc informatique du Département de Médecine en lien avec la DTN\\-IA. Vous coordonnez avec l'équipe des correspondants informatiques les maintenances, mises à jour, upgrades de versions, migrations des logiciels du département avec les éditeurs externes et internes notamment avec les référents applicatifs des services, la DTN\\-IA et le service biomédical. Vous assurez l'assistance aux utilisateurs et utilisatrices du département. Vous participez à l'élaboration de statistiques. \\Qualifications\\ Vous êtes titulaire du Bachelor en informatique et vous disposez des connaissances en Windows 11, en infrastructure et en réseau. Vous avez des connaissances des matériels et logiciels bureautiques (PCs, imprimantes et accessoires, lecteurs codes\\-barres, office bureautique ...). Vous avez des connaissances en outils de programmation du langage SQL. Optionnel : Vous avez des connaissances des outils institutionnels (DPI, DPA, Qualiac, GRECO, VNA). Vous connaissez le logiciel Inlog. Vous possédez de la connaissance en imagerie médicale (fichiers DICOM, échographe ...). Vous êtes une personne déterminée à approfondir vos connaissances par des formations spécifiques.
