Descrição da vaga

Auxiliar na gestão das instalações da planta, garantindo que o ambiente de trabalho funcione de forma segura e eficiente, tendo como principais atividades:

  • Controle de fornecedores: Dá suporte na gestão de contratos terceirizados de limpeza, segurança patrimonial, refeitório e portaria.
  • Atendimento interno: Serve como ponto de contato para resolver chamados e solicitações dos colaboradores sobre a infraestrutura do local.

Qualificações

  • Formação Técnica ou Tecnológica em Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Desejável graduação em Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Engenharia, Arquitetura ou Gestão de Facilities.
  • Experiência prévia em atividades administrativas em ambiente industrial será considerada um diferencial.
  • Vivência na área de Facilities, incluindo gestão de serviços, infraestrutura, contratos e apoio às operações.
  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, controle de fornecedores e acompanhamento de indicadores será um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para residir em Quatá, Paraguaçu Paulista, Rancharia ou João Ramalho.

Informações adicionais

  • Experiência na gestão e acompanhamento de atividades de terceiros, como limpeza, segurança patrimonial, refeitório e portaria, bem como no controle de estoque de insumos.
  • Familiaridade com documentação industrial, normas internas e procedimentos operacionais.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office, elaboração de atas de reunião, utilização de sistemas ERP e gestão de contratos, incluindo controle de prazos, indicadores e acompanhamento de fornecedores.
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa, com bom relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para interação com diferentes níveis da organização.
  • Conhecimento da língua inglesa será considerado um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em regime 100% presencial.
