Descrição da vaga

Realizar a manutenção preditiva, preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos e sistemas elétricos, eletrônicos e mecânicos da fábrica da Lesaffre. Assegurar suas respectivas disponibilidades, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos produtivos. Buscar soluções e inovações, com o objetivo de contribuir para o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas e de acordo com padrões e procedimentos. Comunicar sobre desvios reais e contribuir para projetos de expansão em sua área de atuação. Manter a ordem e limpeza na área de trabalho garantindo um ambiente seguro.

Qualificações

Formação Técnica em Eletromecânica, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou áreas correlatas.

Formação prévia em NR 10 – Instalações e Serviços de Eletricidade e desejável NR 10 SEP – Sistemas Elétricos de Potência.

Desejável mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em Manutenção Elétrica Industrial.

Informações adicionais

Conhecimentos técnicos de elétrica e mecânica industrial, hidráulica e pneumática. Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos. Experiência com manutenção de sistemas elétricos, eletrônicos e familiaridade com os sistemas mecânicos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos. Habilidades em automação (diferencial).

Ferramentas do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade; Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF); Boas Práticas de Higiene e Engenharia Sanitária, Conhecimentos de Planejamento; Controladores; Softstarter; Comandos Elétricos e Hidráulicos; Inversores de Frequência; Compressores hidráulicos; Transformadores Elétricos; Refrigeração Industrial; Bombas Industriais; Redutores de Velocidade; Transportadores.

Normas básicas de segurança na Indústria (EPI, ordem e limpeza, etc.). Leitura e compreensão de uma FISPQ. Conhecimento em normas técnicas e regulatórias aplicáveis à indústria.

Residir nas cidades de Presidente Prudente, Pirapozinho ou Narandiba.

Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escalas 24h/7d e revezamento (manhã, noite e tarde) sequenciais.
