In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmeten, aanpassen, zagen en plaatsen van metalen verhoogde vloertegels (geperforeerd, massief en speciale roosters) voor het inpassen van leidingen, bekabeling en procesapparatuur in cleanroomfaciliteiten. Je werkt volgens strikte protocollen voor halfgeleider-cleanrooms om de veiligheid, reinheid en nauwkeurige toleranties te waarborgen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Aanpassing en installatie van vloerpanelen: o Het nauwkeurig opmeten, markeren, zagen en afschuinen van metalen verhoogde vloerpanelen (aluminium, staal) met behulp van gespecialiseerd metaalbewerkingsgereedschap (bijv. draagbare zagen, knabbelaars, precisieslijpmachines of gereedschap met magnetische voet). o Het ontbramen en gladmaken van alle zaagranden om het ontstaan van deeltjes en veiligheidsrisico’s te voorkomen. o Nauwkeurig plaatsen en waterpas zetten van vloertegels rondom apparatuur, leidingdoorvoeren, aansluitpunten voor nutsvoorzieningen en steunvoeten. • Algemene mechanische werkzaamheden: o Lichte structurele of mechanische montage uitvoeren, waaronder het afstellen van verhoogde vloersteunvoeten, dragers en verstevigingssystemen. o Assisteren bij algemene mechanische installatietaken in cleanrooms, het monteren van leidingsteunen en het plaatsen van frames, indien nodig. • Naleving van cleanroomvoorschriften en veiligheid: o Zich strikt houden aan de ISO-protocollen voor cleanrooms (naleving van het protocolniveau, beheersing van deeltjes, correct afvegen van gereedschap, protocollen voor het in- en uitpakken van materialen). o Gebruik maken van lokale afzuigsystemen (afzuiging van stof en metaal met HEPA-filters) tijdens alle zaag- en slijpwerkzaamheden. o Volg alle veiligheidsnormen op de werkplek (EHS), inclusief vergunningen voor heet werk, risicobeoordelingen en de juiste keuze van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (inclusief cleanroom-pakken/kleding).

• Ervaring: o Minimaal 1–2 jaar ervaring als werktuigbouwkundig technicus, monteur, metaalbewerker of industrieel installateur. o Aantoonbare ervaring met het werken in cleanroomomgevingen (bij voorkeur in de halfgeleider-, farmaceutische of nanotechnologiesector). o Directe ervaring met het zagen en aanpassen van verhoogde vloeren (metalen vloertegels, aluminium roosters) heeft sterk de voorkeur. • Technische vaardigheden: o Vaardig in het gebruik van precisiegereedschap (zwaagslijpmachines, reciprozaagmachines, decoupeerzagen, ontbraamgereedschap, meetinstrumenten). o Het vermogen om technische tekeningen, isometrische plattegronden en architectonische plattegronden te lezen en te interpreteren. o Sterk ruimtelijk inzicht en veel oog voor detail bij werkzaamheden met nauwe toleranties. • Certificeringen en opleidingen (gewenst / een pluspunt): o VCA / OSHA / CSCS of gelijkwaardige veiligheidscertificering. o Training voor vergunning voor heet werk / bewustwordingstraining over cleanroomprotocollen. o Certificering voor mobiele hoogwerkers (MEWP) of heftrucks is een pluspunt.

Belangrijkste competenties en soft skills: • Cleanroom-mentaliteit: diepgaand begrip van contaminatiebeheersing en nauwgezette reinheidspraktijken. • Focus op kwaliteit en precisie: Levert schone, braamvrije zaagsneden en nauwkeurige passing bij de eerste poging. • Veiligheid voorop: Compromisloze toewijding aan persoonlijke veiligheid en veiligheid op de werkplek, met name bij heet werk en metaalafval. • Aanpassingsvermogen: In staat om algemene mechanische taken uit te voeren die verder gaan dan het zagen van vloertegels, naarmate de projectbehoeften veranderen. • Communicatie: Vermogen om effectief in een team te werken en af te stemmen met werfleiders en veiligheidscoördinatoren.
