一、岗位职责

1.⁠ ⁠运营项目推进

⦁ 负责平台各类运营项目的规划、拆解与落地（如活动上线、直播运营、内容运营、增长项目等）；

⦁ 制定运营项目计划、资源需求、进度排期，并持续跟进执行情况；

⦁ 推动各团队（产品/活动/技术/设计/主播运营/市场）按时完成节点。

2.⁠ ⁠数据分析与策略优化

⦁ 跟踪各运营项目的指标表现（如曝光、参与、转化、留存、流水/GGR 等）；

⦁ 输出阶段性数据报告、问题分析与优化策略；

⦁ 建立标准化复盘机制，总结可复用方法论。

3.⁠ ⁠跨部门协调沟通

⦁ 与产品、技术、活动、直播团队保持高频沟通，确保需求准确传达；

⦁ 组织运营类项目会议，输出会议纪要与行动项并跟进结果；

⦁ 作为部门间桥梁，高效推动资源对齐和项目落地。

4.⁠ ⁠内容与文案支持（含双语）

⦁ 负责运营公告、活动规则、产品指引、项目文档等内容的撰写与优化；

⦁ 完成中英文双语翻译，包括：

⦁ 海外团队沟通材料

⦁ 活动方案/项目流程/运营报告

⦁ 产品功能说明及培训材料

5.⁠ ⁠业务支持与流程优化

⦁ 深入理解业务运营模式，参与业务策略制定（如投放策略、直播排期、活动机制等）；

⦁ 梳理运营流程并推动规范化，提高整体执行效率；

⦁ 关注用户反馈与运营趋势，为项目优化提供建议。

应聘者需具备优秀的中文和英文能力，因为需要参与会议的翻译和记录工作。懂葡萄牙语者优先考虑。 1. 本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的中英双语听说读写能力； 2. 1–3 年以上运营或项目类岗位经验（优先：直播、电商、互联网、游戏、博彩相关行业）； 3. 熟悉常见运营指标体系，对数据变化敏感，能独立分析并提出策略； 4. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、执行力与强烈的项目推进意识； 5. 善于总结、文档能力强，能输出高质量的活动方案、复盘报告和翻译材料； 6. 抗压能力强，可同时推进多条项目线。

7.年龄在35岁以下。
