Voor een sterk groeiend en internationaal actief familiebedrijf binnen de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde productieoperator. Wat ooit begon als een familiaal verhaal, groeide uit tot een wereldspeler die jaarlijks indrukwekkende productievolumes realiseert.

Ondanks deze sterke groei blijft de menselijke aanpak centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen, initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en persoonlijke ontwikkeling alle kansen krijgt.

Hier krijg je niet alleen de kans om mee te bouwen aan een sterk productieproces, maar ook om zelf verder te groeien!

Als productieoperator speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijkse productieproces. Je bewaakt de goede werking van de installaties, volgt de productieplanning op en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen verloopt.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Productieproces opvolgen en controleren: je houdt de verschillende processtappen nauwgezet in de gaten en bewaakt een vlot verloop van de productie.
  • Procesparameters instellen en bijsturen: samen met de teamleader zorg je voor de juiste instellingen en stuur je bij waar nodig.
  • Productieplanning bewaken: je volgt de dagelijkse planning op en speelt flexibel in op wijzigingen of nieuwe prioriteiten.
  • Installaties reinigen: je staat in voor een correcte reiniging van de productielijnen volgens de geldende hygiëne en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Collega's aansturen en ondersteunen: waar nodig geef je bijkomende instructies aan de collega's die instaan voor de reiniging.
  • Registraties uitvoeren: je verwerkt de nodige productiegegevens en controles correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken: je draagt actief bij aan een kwalitatief en veilig productieproces.

Jaarlijks krijg je de kans om jouw kennis en expertise verder uit te bouwen en deze ook binnen de organisatie te delen. Zo kan je op termijn uitgroeien tot een echte specialist binnen jouw vakgebied!

Voor deze functie zoeken we een leergierige en enthousiaste kandidaat met interesse in productie, techniek en voeding. Iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, initiatief toont en samen met collega's streeft naar een optimaal productieproces.

  • Computers en digitale toepassingen zijn vertrouwd terrein. Nieuwe programma's en systemen leer je bovendien snel aan.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties aan de productielijn.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in techniek en/of de voedingssector.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe kennis op te doen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en werkt doelgericht.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en haalt energie uit een goede samenwerking met collega's.
