Ben jij administratief sterk, organisatorisch aangelegd en heb je een attest preventieadviseur? Zoek je een gevarieerde functie waarin administratie, veiligheid en praktische ondersteuning samenkomen? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou.

Voor een winkelketen met een breed assortiment aan betaalbare producten voor dagelijks gebruik zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende Preventie & Facility. De winkels bieden onder andere huishoudartikelen, decoratie, speelgoed, schoolbenodigdheden, schoonmaakproducten en seizoensartikelen aan.

In deze functie ondersteun je het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid en fungeer je als back-up voor facility. Je combineert administratieve opvolging met praktische ondersteuning en werkt samen met interne collega's en externe partners.

  • administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid
  • documenten, registraties, acties en dossiers rond welzijn en veiligheid opvolgen
  • ondersteunen bij risicoanalyses, controles en preventieve acties
  • fungeren als back-up voor facility en mee instaan voor de administratieve en praktische opvolging
  • meldingen, interventies en praktische zaken rond gebouwen en infrastructuur opvolgen
  • ook zal je af en toe zelf interventies uitvoeren
  • samenwerken met interne collega's en externe partners en toezien op een correcte opvolging van afspraken en acties
  • beschikken over een attest preventieadviseur niveau 3
  • sterk zijn in administratie, organisatie en opvolging
  • interesse hebben in zowel preventie als facility
  • je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit
  • communicatief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld zijn
  • flexibel zijn en graag verschillende verantwoordelijkheden combineren
