Let's Work is op zoek naar versterking voor een grootschalige apotheek in regio Westkerke.

Je komt terecht in een sterk groeiende onderneming binnen de farmaceutische sector. Samen met een enthousiast team zorg je voor een vlotte dienstverlening aan woonzorgcentra en andere zorginstellingen. Kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid staan hierbij centraal.

Heb je interesse in de farmaceutische sector en haal je voldoening uit nauwkeurig werk en klantencontact? Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar functioneer je ook goed in teamverband? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Als apotheker of apotheekassistent maak je deel uit van het IMV Officina-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig worden klaargemaakt en afgeleverd. Daarnaast ondersteun je zorgverleners telefonisch en waak je over een correcte voorraadbeheer.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en dienstverlening centraal staan

  • je zorgt voor het correct en tijdig klaarmaken en afleveren van volledige bestellingen voor woonzorgcentra en zorginstellingen binnen het IMV Officina-team
  • je volgt ontbrekende producten actief op en bestelt deze tijdig bij de groothandel om een levering op dezelfde dag te garanderen
  • je adviseert en ondersteunt verpleegkundig personeel van woonzorgcentra en zorginstellingen telefonisch bij vragen over producten voor bewoners, zoals sondes, sondevoeding, steunkousen, stoma- en incontinentiemateriaal
  • je beheert de voorraad en zorgt ervoor dat producten tijdig worden aangevuld
  • je werkt nauw samen met collega-apothekers en apotheekassistenten om een vlotte dagelijkse werking te garanderen
  • je beschikt over een diploma als apotheekassistent en hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring
  • je kunt vlot met software werken en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het FARMAD-apotheekpakket
  • daarnaast ben je klantvriendelijk, kwaliteitsbewust en streef je naar een uitstekende dienstverlening
  • je bent gemotiveerd, flexibel en verantwoordelijk en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit
  • je werkt ordelijk en punctueel en kunt efficiënt functioneren in een dynamische omgeving
  • je bent doelgericht, energiek en kunt dagelijkse taken vlot en zelfstandig uitvoeren
