Ben jij een commerciële hunter die energie krijgt van nieuwe klanten, internationale deals en vrijheid om je eigen aanpak te bepalen? Dan ligt hier een mooie uitdaging voor jou.

Onze klant is actief in de circulaire economie en zet gerecycleerd hout om in hoogwaardige producten voor de palletindustrie. Om onze internationale groei verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een Internationaal Sales Manager die Europa als zijn speelveld ziet.

Je krijgt een eigen regio, bouwt actief aan je klantenportefeuille en krijgt de vrijheid om zelf te bepalen hoe je jouw commerciële doelstellingen realiseert.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Internationaal Sales Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille bij palletproducenten en palletreparatiebedrijven in Europa.

Je combineert prospectie, relatiebeheer en strategische sales.

Concreet:

  • je analyseert jouw toegewezen regio en brengt potentiële klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten in kaart
  • samen met de zaakvoerders werk je een ambitieus salesplan uit
  • je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en bouwt duurzame commerciële relaties op
  • je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties door hen regelmatig te bezoeken en hun behoeften goed te begrijpen
  • je denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten en vertaalt hun uitdagingen naar passende oplossingen
  • je maakt offertes op, volgt deze actief op en begeleidt het volledige verkoopproces tot aan de deal
  • je spot nieuwe marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen en weet deze om te zetten in concrete resultaten
  • je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerders

Je bent regelmatig onderweg en bezoekt klanten verspreid over Europa, onder meer in Frankrijk, Duitsland, Spanje en Italië.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die verkoop niet als een job ziet, maar als een uitdaging.

Je beschikt over:

  • een bachelordiploma en meerdere jaren relevante commerciële ervaring
  • een sterke commerciële drive en een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht
  • een echte huntermentaliteit: je ziet opportuniteiten en gaat er actief achteraan
  • de nodige maturiteit om zelfstandig een regio en klantenportefeuille uit te bouwen
  • sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • een oplossingsgerichte en proactieve ingesteldheid
  • een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans, Engels en Duits
  • de flexibiliteit en bereidheid om frequent binnen Europa te reizen

Ervaring in een technische, industriële of B2B-omgeving is een sterke troef. Belangrijker is dat je commercieel denkt, zelfstandig kunt werken en resultaten wilt behalen.
