Je gaat aan de slag bij een ambitieuze onderneming die actief is in de professionele food- en horecamarkt. Ze ondersteunt klanten uit verschillende sectoren, waaronder horeca, zorginstellingen en onderwijs, met een ruim aanbod aan kwalitatieve producten en bijbehorende oplossingen.

Binnen deze onderneming staan korte communicatielijnen en een vlotte samenwerking centraal. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit als medewerker visafdeling in de nachtploeg?

  • staat mee in voor het tijdig en correct klaarmaken en verwerken van bestellingen
  • controleert de kwaliteit en versheid van de visproducten en waakt erover dat deze behouden blijven
  • volgt de hygiënevoorschriften en de regels rond voedselveiligheid nauwgezet op
  • werkt samen met je team aan een vlotte organisatie en dagelijkse werking van de visafdeling
  • werkt in een vaste nachtploeg van zondag tot en met donderdag, telkens van 22.00 uur tot 6.00 uur

Voor de functie van medewerker visafdeling nacht zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • bij voorkeur heb je al ervaring opgedaan in een visafdeling of binnen de visverwerkende sector
  • hebt interesse in visproducten en beschikt bij voorkeur over de nodige productkennis
  • kunt vis fileren of staat ervoor open om deze vaardigheid aan te leren., ervaring met fileerwerk is mooi meegenomen
  • bent collegiaal, werkt graag samen en stelt je positief en flexibel op
  • goed kunt omgaan met de lagere temperaturen die eigen zijn aan een gekoelde werkomgeving
  • kunt vlot met een scanner werken
