Je komt terecht in een organisatie actief binnen HR-dienstverlening en rekrutering. Samen met collega's ondersteun je bedrijven bij hun personeelsbehoeften en begeleid je kandidaten naar een passende job. Een omgeving waar mensen, samenwerking en kwalitatieve dienstverlening centraal staan.

Hou je van mensen, talent ontdekken en de juiste match maken? Krijg je energie van gesprekken met kandidaten, nieuwe contacten en het vinden van oplossingen? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor een organisatie binnen de HR-dienstverlening zoeken we een Recruiter / HR Consultant die graag initiatief neemt en mee bouwt aan sterke samenwerkingen tussen kandidaten en klanten.

Jouw takenpakket

  • talent ontdekken: actief op zoek gaan naar geschikte kandidaten, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en talenten en verwachtingen in kaart brengen
  • de juiste match maken: kandidaten begeleiden naar een job die aansluit bij hun ervaring, talenten en ambities
  • klanten adviseren: contacten onderhouden met klanten, hun personeelsbehoeften begrijpen en meedenken over geschikte oplossingen
  • relaties uitbouwen: vertrouwen opbouwen bij kandidaten en klanten en zorgen voor een professionele opvolging
  • administratie beheren: dossiers, contracten en personeelsgegevens correct verwerken en opvolgen
  • verantwoordelijkheid opnemen: zelfstandig werken, initiatief nemen en mee zorgen voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking

Wie ben jij?

  • beschikt over een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring binnen HR
  • hebt een sterke interesse in rekrutering, selectie en talentmatching
  • bent communicatief en legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten
  • hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en denkt graag mee met klanten
  • werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • bent een echte teamplayer die initiatief neemt en graag resultaten behaalt
