Ben je slager en op zoek naar een functie met vaste daguren, een uurloon van € 18,21 en maaltijdcheques van € 9,50 per gewerkte dag? In deze job zet je jouw ambachtelijke kennis dagelijks in bij het versnijden, portioneren en bereiden van hoogwaardige vleesproducten.

Benieuwd naar jouw taken als slager?

  • versnijdt steaks en verdeelt ze in porties volgens de specifieke wensen van de klant
  • zaagt côte à l'os op de gevraagde afmetingen en zorgt voor een nette afwerking
  • maakt verschillende vleesbereidingen, zoals hamburgers, worsten en gehaktballen
  • controleert de versheid en kwaliteit van het vlees en besteedt aandacht aan een verzorgde presentatie
  • volgt de voorschriften rond hygiëne, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid nauwgezet op
  • werkt van maandag tem vrijdag, telkens van 6.00 tot 14.30 uur

Wie zoeken we voor de job als slager?

  • hebt bij voorkeur ervaring opgedaan in een supermarkt, binnen de retailsector of in een traditionele slagerij
  • beschikt over een uitgebreide kennis van verschillende vleessoorten en weet hoe je deze correct verwerkt
  • werkt zorgvuldig en respecteert de voorschriften rond hygiëne en voedselveiligheid. Kwaliteit staat bij jou altijd voorop
  • functioneert goed in teamverband en draagt bij aan een vlotte samenwerking met collega's
  • bent graag actief bezig, steekt spontaan de handen uit de mouwen en schrikt niet terug voor fysiek werk
  • hebt een passie voor het slagersvak en haalt voldoening uit het afleveren van verzorgde en kwalitatieve vleesproducten
