Ben jij een slager en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging met een uurloon van €18,21, maaltijdcheques van €9,50 én vaste daguren? In deze functie combineer je ambachtelijk vakmanschap met het bereiden en versnijden van kwaliteitsvolle vleesproducten.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • versnijden en portioneren van steaks volgens de wensen van de klant
  • côte à l'os nauwkeurig op maat zagen en zorgen voor een verzorgde afwerking
  • bereiden van verschillende vleesproducten, zoals hamburgers, worsten en gehaktballen
  • toezien op de kwaliteit, versheid en presentatie van de vleesproducten
  • correct toepassen van de geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften
  • werken van maandag tot en met vrijdag, telkens van 6.00 tot 14.30 uur

Wie zoeken we?

  • ervaring als slager in de retailsector of een ambachtelijke slagerij is een pluspunt
  • je hebt een goede kennis van verschillende vleessoorten
  • nauwkeurig werken en rekening houden met de hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften vind je belangrijk
  • je werkt vlot samen met collega's binnen een hecht team
  • fysiek werk schrikt je niet af en je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • je hebt een passie voor het slagersberoep en haalt voldoening uit het afleveren van kwaliteitsvolle producten
