Je komt terecht in een internationale onderneming gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van elektromechanische componenten en connectoren. De vestiging in Oostkamp beschikt over een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid, innovatie en teamwerking centraal staan.

Ben jij een sterke communicator met ervaring in het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers? Voor een internationale onderneming in Oostkamp zoeken we een Supervisor Assembly die verantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse werking en de resultaten van de assemblageafdeling.

Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werkplanning, motiveert het team en bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • coördineren van de werkplanning op korte, middellange en lange termijn, rekening houdend met de beschikbare capaciteit en kennis binnen de afdeling
  • aansturen, coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en teambegeleiders
  • opvolgen van de dagelijkse werking en bewaken van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit
  • voeren van beoordelingsgesprekken en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • opvolgen van KPI's en ondersteunen van verbetertrajecten en optimalisaties binnen de afdeling
  • organiseren en opvolgen van opleidingen en waken over de naleving van veiligheidsnormen

Wie ben jij?

  • hebt ervaring in een coachende of leidinggevende rol, professioneel of in een andere context
  • beschikt over technische affiniteit; dit is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste
  • werkt gestructureerd, bent flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • hebt kennis van veiligheid en gezondheid op het werk
  • beschikt over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 3 of bent bereid dit te behalen
  • bent flexibel naar werkuren toe in functie van een vlotte informatie- en kennisoverdracht
