Jouw rol als Administratieve Held

  • Administratieve krachtpatser: Contracten, opstartdocumenten, personeelsgegevens en dossiers? Jij zorgt dat alles correct, volledig en tijdig verwerkt wordt.
  • Planningstalent: Je volgt planningen op, organiseert medische onderzoeken en zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor een vlotte opstart.
  • Connector: Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor klanten en uitzendkrachten. Je kent hun noden, communiceert helder en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Opvolgkampioen: Jij laat niets liggen. Je bewaakt deadlines, controleert gegevens, volgt afspraken op en zorgt dat iedereen op de hoogte blijft.
  • Talentendetector: Je ondersteunt bij het screenen van kandidaten, herkent potentieel en denkt mee over de juiste match voor jouw klanten.
  • Customer Experience-krachtpatser: Je zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten en klanten zich gehoord en goed geholpen voelen. Ook als het eens tegenzit. Want net dán maak je het verschil.
  • Customer Experience zit in je lijf. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar mensen, luistert graag en denkt spontaan: “Hoe kan ik het voor die persoon of klant beter maken?”
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Administratie die klopt en een planning die loopt? Daar krijg jij energie van.
  • Je bent een organisatietalent. Je stelt prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je bent een vlotte babbelaar én een goede luisteraar. Een ideale combo van twee talenten binnen een uitzendkantoor.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en ondernemend. Je herkent opportuniteiten, denkt mee met klanten en doet voorstellen tot optimalisatie.
  • Je bent een positivo. Van oei naar opgelost? Daar krijg jij energie van.
  • Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht. Een plan dat plots in het water valt? Geen paniek. Oplossingen B, C en D loeren al om de hoek.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert vlot werken met nieuwe systemen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en durft ook in het Frans kandidaten te woord te staan.
  • Een rijbewijs is sterk aangeraden.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar goesting, drive en persoonlijkheid? Dan pas spreken we van superkrachten!
