Pour une entreprise familiale et stable située dans la région de Roeselare, Let's Work recherche un opérateur en 2 équipes.

Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des machines, effectuez les réglages nécessaires, intervenez en cas de petites pannes techniques et veillez à la qualité des produits finis.

En échange, vous bénéficiez d'un salaire horaire à partir de €19,66 (prime d'équipe incluse), de €8,25 de chèques-repas par jour travaillé et de 35 jours de congé par an!

Quelles seront vos tâches?

  • Assurer le réglage et le fonctionnement des machines de A à Z
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de petites pannes techniques afin de garantir la continuité de la production
  • Effectuer des contrôles qualité sur les produits finis afin de garantir le respect des normes
  • Assurer le montage et l'adaptation des machines en fonction des besoins de la production
  • Une excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est indispensable pour communiquer efficacement avec vos collègues
  • Une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en tant qu'opérateur est demandée
  • Le travail dans un environnement de production vous plaît et les tâches techniques vous motivent
  • Le travail en 2 équipes (matin et après-midi) ne pose aucun problème pour vous
  • Prêt(e) à apprendre, vous êtes disposé(e) à suivre une formation pour vous familiariser avec les machines et les méthodes de travail
