Pour une entreprise de production située dans la région de Roeselare , Let's Work recherche un opérateur de production chargé de transformer le blé dur en semoule de haute qualité.

Vous surveillez le processus de mouture, effectuez des contrôles qualité et apportez les ajustements nécessaires. En contrepartie, vous percevez un salaire horaire de 19,66€, prime comprise, des chèques-repas d'une valeur de 8,25€ par jour travaillé et pas moins de 35 jours de congés par an, dont vous déterminez vous-même en grande partie le calendrier. Grâce à une formation interne, à des perspectives d'évolution et à la possibilité d'un contrat à durée indéterminée après une période d'intérim réussie, vous disposez en outre d'une marge de manœuvre pour continuer à vous développer.

À quoi pouvez-vous vous attendre en tant qu'opérateur de production dans une minoterie le week-end?

  • Vous utilisez et contrôlez les moulins à cylindres mécaniques et commandés par ordinateur, les machines de nettoyage et les tamis, et vous ajustez le processus si nécessaire
  • En prélevant des échantillons et en contrôlant des paramètres tels que l'humidité, la granulométrie et la pureté, vous veillez à la qualité de la semoule
  • À la réception, vous inspectez le blé dur et veillez à ce qu'il soit correctement stocké dans les silos
  • Vous signalez les pannes sur l'installation de mouture et résolvez de manière autonome les petits problèmes mécaniques ou liés au processus, en collaboration avec le service technique
  • Au cours du processus de production, vous respectez scrupuleusement les règles HACCP, de sécurité alimentaire et de qualité
  • En accordant une attention particulière à l'hygiène, à la sécurité et au respect de l'environnement, vous contribuez à un processus de production fluide et de qualité
  • Expérience en tant qu'opérateur de processus dans le secteur alimentaire est indispensable. Le fonctionnement de la meunerie vous sera enseigné dans le cadre d'une formation
  • Vous avez un esprit technique et vous vous intéressez aux procédés mécaniques
  • Vous aimez travailler avec précision et vous repérez rapidement les écarts de qualité des produits
  • Un parcours de formation de six mois en deux équipes marque le début de votre parcours, après quoi vous intégrerez l'équipe du week-end
  • Vous êtes disposé à travailler selon des horaires de week-end alternés ( 5h – 17h et 17h – 5h)
  • Pour la communication interne, vous parlez bien le français
